Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide regulatory advisor to APAC business and control function
  • Monitor relevant regulatory changes and development
  • Implement related policies and procedures
  • Support new business initiatives and ensure related rules and regulation are identified and followed
  • Work closely with other compliance function on projects and other compliance related topics

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ of experience in regulatory compliance gained in investment banks / regulatory authority
  • Familiar with HKMA and SFC rules and regulation for global markets business
  • Strong understanding in fixed income/ equities products
  • Experience in advising various business and control functions
