Job Summary:
The Workplace Technology is responsible the Service Delivery functions for the HKEX community. The team has an engineering function, risk management team, employee experience, risk management, production support and the change management team.
Job Duties:
As an Administrative Officer, you will support IT request management and stock management pertaining to office computer services. Successful candidate will be placed in Workplace Technology team under Technology Infrastructure Shared Services organization, working with technical SMEs, procurement, finance, and external partners/vendors.
Responsibilities- Manage and follow-up IT procurement, approval, and account payable tasks in line with HKEX guidelines and policy standards.
Perform ad-hoc team administrative tasks and clerical assignments as required.
Requirements:- University degree, preferably in Information Technology, Business Administration, or Finance.
Excellent communication skills with close attention to details.
