Officer, Unsecured Lending Products (1-year Contract)

Job Purpose

Responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support for Personal Loan Product Team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing relevant business proposals and reports for presentation.
Prepare the MIS report for management review and business forecasting.
Perform competitors’ analysis and explore corresponding business insights for planning strategy.
Provide a full spectrum of administrative support to the team including invoice settlement and call leads arrangement.
Coordinate with relevant departments for logistic support.
Handle branch and direct banking enquiries.

Requirements

Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related disciplines.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience with banks or financial institutions.
Knowledge of retail banking product in Personal Loan is preferred.
Self-motivated, independent, pleasant personality with good communication skills.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
Proficient in MS Office.
Fresh graduates will be considered.
