We are seeking a high caliber to join us as Head of ETF and Cross Border Sales.
Principal responsibilities - Maximize exposure of Hang Seng Investment (HSVM) ETF products, maintain client relationships and increase market shares in ETF market

• Conduct presentations to position HSVM and showcase strengths of HSVM ETFs
• Capture cross border opportunities riding on various regulatory relaxations including ETF Connect, Wealth Management Connect, etc.
• Assist Head of ETF Sales to formulate Sales and Marketing strategy and achieve assigned sales targets
• Work closely with Institutional and Wholesale Business Managers to develop client relationship
• Keep abreast of competitor activity, market development and respond proactively to any market changes
• Initiate product and marketing ideas corresponding to the changes

• Follow any compliance requirements

  Requirements
  Qualifications - University degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance or a related discipline or other relevant qualifications

• At least 10 years' relevant experience in asset management industry or fund sales related roles (ETF sales experience is an advantage)
• Strong understanding of ETF and investment market dynamics
• Good relationship with ETF investors and excellent presentation skills
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadline and good business sense

• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese (written and spoken)
