Job Description

Experience:

  • Degree holder of Computing or related discipline, or with strong aptitude for computing if holding other science / business degree
  • Fluent spoken English and Mandarin
  • Srong problem solving skills and analytical thinking, eager to learn and take new challenge
  • Years of experience between 2-4 years

Desirable Skills:

  • Programming languages, SQL, database (Oracle or SQL Server)
  • Understanding of the financial / technology / economic industry
  • Experience in FIX protocol will be an advantage but not essential
  • Experience in programming/scripting will be an advantage but not essential
  • Previous experience with financial institutions would be a plus but not essential

Duties:

  • Provide consultancy and application support on a Front-office system
  • Provide functional training to clients.
  • Setting up connectivity with different parties and systems for Straight-through processing.
  • Investigate complex queries and issues, including working closely with the end users, engineering, development and BA teams
  • Carry out implementation and testing of new system modules or fixes
