My client is a global insurance company with a strong global presence. This company is undergoing several transformation initiatives and we are urgently looking for an Executive Communications Manager to manage the required communications revolving around new ways of working.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Enhance reporting and communication standards within Technology by setting content guidelines and editorial standards and supporting teams with familiarization and trainings
  • Engage with tech teams, local business units, and end users to ensure change initiatives are clearly communicated and understood
  • Create high-impact content, including presentations, newsletters, and training materials, to support key stakeholders in driving technology change initiatives

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in Communications (preferably in the insurance industry)
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver effective change communications and training programs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Exposure in MNC or Global programme is an advantage
