Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the compliance and legal requirements for the bank as defined by HKMA
  • Lead the team, while providing guidance to ensure best practices with industry standards
  • Advise on regulatory requirements and ensure timely escalation of major compliance
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior management related to compliance
  • Provide training and awareness programs to employees to ensure high understanding

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (Law preferable)
  • Over 15 years of legal and compliance experiences
  • Prior experiences as a S72b will be preferred
  • Strong communication in English and Chinese
