Your role
Are you a people person? Do you want to put your enthusiasm in Private Markets to work? We are looking for someone who can help us to:
• A strong team player in all aspects including taking initiatives within the team on driving private market product penetration and motivating covered markets' sales activities in private markets.
• In collaboration with client advisors and in alignment with CIO view, to advise clients in Greater China, primarily in China and Hong Kong on Private Markets products subscriptions and the private market asset allocation in their portfolios.
• Provide sales & after-sales service support on existing private market products to clients and client advisors including portfolio reviews and advising active portfolio adjustment on private market products.
• Creatively generate sales ideas and research for new product launch and coordinate with internal content and due diligence team on existing product updates
• Actively drive Private Markets penetration in clients' portfolios
• Produce client Data analytic to help clients' penetration on private market products
• Organize marketing activities including internal and client events
• Cross-sell other asset classes in a holistic approach

Your team
You'll be working in the Advisory & Sales Private Markets team in Hong Kong. We are a team of Private Markets specialist that takes pride of providing best-in-class solutions to our clients. We work closely with different stakeholders including CIO, client advisors and product partners (both internal and external) to ensure the quality delivery.

Your expertise
• Ideally at least 7 years of experience in the financial industry servicing clients or in alternative products teams, Private Markets background preferred
• Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills, with ability to deliver information convincingly and concisely
• Strong team player with high standards of ethical and professional behavior
• Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese preferred
