Product Manager / Project Manager - Crypto Exchange / 60k to 120k HKD
Your Key Responsibilities
- Fixed Income/ Equity Derivatives in product management of Prime Brokerage Solutions.
- Conducting market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Providing product/ business requirements to delivery teams to allow the construction of new, and update of existing, securities services products.
- Pro-active risk and issue management, identifying critical risks or issues, ensuring mitigation actions in conjunction with the assigned head of Prime Brokerage.
- Accountability for the content and delivery of the product roadmap.
- Ensuring change control processes are in place and followed by all delivery partners.
Your Skills and Experience
- A detailed understanding of Trading / Prime Brokerage in Asia.
- Ability to interact with stakeholders and senior management.
- An in-depth knowledge of project planning concepts.
- Ability to analyze product risks and issues, highlighting critical and high issues requiring immediate attention.
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Experience of interacting widely through digital asset organization.
