Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective sales channels and pipelines for the firm in Greater China, targeting enterprise customers in diverse industries.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by originating and executing deals, supporting clients in solving complex supply chain finance challenges.
  • Conduct sales pitches, generate meaningful leads, and track industry trends to identify business opportunities.
  • Expand the business to existing and new markets by engaging with clients and ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Drive commercial discussions with clients, focusing on building profitable relationships and meeting operational requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or finance from a reputable university.
  • Proven sales and relationship management record in successfully selling trade finance/supply chain finance solutions to enterprise clients.
  • 8+ years of work experience in sales and relationship management in corporate banking/transaction banking.
  • Understanding of open account trade.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with the ability to engage with executives and champion a respectful and trusting work environment.
