Collaborate with the Fintech team to develop and implement innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
Assist in the design and implementation of fintech projects, including system enhancements, process optimization, and automation initiatives.
Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices to support decision-making and ensure compliance.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, compliance, and business development, to drive project execution and achieve departmental goals.
Provide support and guidance to internal stakeholders on fintech-related processes and systems.
Requirements:
Strong background in large Chinese securities firms or internet-based brokerages preferred.
Currently holding an RO 1 license.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry best practices in the financial services sector.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in different areas of fintech, including frontline business or middle/back-office operations.
