My client is a top Insurance company with a global presence. This company has been growing continuously even through tough times.
We are currently looking for a Senior Manager - Distribution Strategy candidate with a strong knowledge in Health Distribution and Agency strategy. This role is a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement distribution processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective distribution of insurance products
- Manage the distribution team to ensure that distribution is done accurately and efficiently
- Ensure that distribution is handled in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor distribution trends and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- 8+years of experience in Distribution strategy in the Insurance industry
- Excellent communication skills, strong leadership and management skills
- Experienced in managing regional projects
