Job summary

You will be working closely with PPS team in identifying, analyzing and capturing alpha signals from external sources. The successful candidate will have a strong quantitative background, and a passion for financial markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize advanced quantitative techniques to identify and assess alpha signals from external sources.
Collaborate with the team to integrate external alpha signals into the trading strategies.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to generate actionable insights and investment ideas.
Stay updated on market trends, news, and external factors influencing alpha signals.

Requirements:

University student in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proficiency in SQL, SAS, Python, R and MATLAB for data analysis.
Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Qlik Sense, or similar.
Familiarity with cloud solutions, such as AWS, GCP and BigQuery, is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Strong interest in financial markets and trading strategies.
