Transaction Risk Manager

【Job Responsibilities】

• Responsible for handling the identification and due diligence of newly opened accounts, conducting risk level assessments of company customers in conjunction with the requirements of the compliance department and regulatory agencies, and conducting regular risk investigations and re-inspections;
• Identify, monitor, analyze, and investigate suspicious transactions involving large amounts or involving high-risk countries and regions; prepare suspicious transaction reports, submit them to the compliance department and regulatory agencies as required, and provide follow-up feedback on the process and results;
• Responsible for the maintenance and management of suspicious accounts, including account information changes, transaction monitoring, anti-money laundering screening, and other risk control and compliance management;
• Responsible for processing transaction risk control information, able to effectively identify and prevent users' abnormal operating behaviors, and investigate, monitor, and deal with them;
• Responsible for handling emergencies or abnormal events, accurately recording and summarizing them, and promoting tracking and resolution by relevant departments;
• Lead the formulation of risk control strategies for new products and projects, as well as post-launch monitoring and continuous optimization. Continue to build and optimize the risk control system and promote the construction of automated, standardized, and process-based risk control systems.

【Qualifications】

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in finance, passionate about trading products;
• 3 years or above experience in risk control in the financial industry or blockchain industry;
• The working language is English, have good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, and can communicate in written English without barriers;
• Have excellent communication skills, learning ability, self-drive, data analysis ability, and logical reasoning ability;
• Applicants with a strong interest in digital currency and blockchain, and experience in stock, foreign exchange, futures, and digital currency trading will be given priority.
