Reporting to: Managing Director, Head of Human Capital

Job Description

  • Keep track of recruitment database.
  • New Hire Onboarding logistics.
  • Assist with companywide safety initiatives.
  • Assist with background check and collect all necessary paperwork for personal files.
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes.
  • Work with HR team to perform any other HR administrative tasks as needed.
  • Assist in company products and events

Requirements

  • Students studying in Human Resources or related degree.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and result-oriented.
  • Good command of spoken and written English, and preferably one Asian language.
