Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate, develop and execute insurance solutions across client segments and channels;
  • Explore new market and business opportunities, participate in business planning and development;
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop good relationship with private Bankers、Family Office、EAM and any other channels;
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare sales and activities reports, etc.
  • Provide quality post-sales services to clients and channels;
  • Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by the team leader to meet business requirement.

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder with at least 3 years of Insurance experience or Financial industry experience;
  • Sales-oriented with strong relationship building skills;
  • Self-motivated, sales driven, customer focused and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in spoken, written English and Cantonese. Able to communicate in Putonghua is a plus
  • Extensive channel network is preferred.
  • Outgoing personality,aggressive and mature
