My client is a leading alternative investment company. They are looking for a high caliber investment operation professional (AVP/ VP) for their expanding hedge fund team.

  • Managing daily operations of investment-related activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures related to investments.
  • Work closely with investment managers to ensure smooth investment processes.
  • Developing implement investment operation strategies.
  • Monitor investment performance.
  • Prepare reports on investment activities and provide regular updates to management.
  • Minimizing the operational risk.

Requirements –

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
    • 6+ years of experience in finance/ operation.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
    • Fast pace and open minded.
    • Willing to take up more new challenges.
    • Candidates with more experience (over 8 years) will consider as the VP level.
