Lead and manage the Trade Finance Operations team by providing advice and approval to resolve problem cases, and to maintain/ further improve good working relationship with internal customers
Formulate operations strategy to drive digitization and transformation for the Operations team
Responsible for the team meeting the Operations Team and Bank’s goals of cost management, quality and risk control
To manage/improve and ensure the good working relationship with internal customer segments and support their initiatives to enhance revenue stream
Requirements
Cantonese/Mandarin is MANDATORY for this role
15 years of experience in a management role in banking operations
Strong change management and digital transformation mindset
Solid knowledge on Hong Kong market practices, statutory rules and regulations
Solid experience of trade finance products and services
Strong leadership, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
