Ensure operational tasks are completed within specified standards of quality, agreed service level, turnaround time and industry cut-off time
Develop and continuously review, streamline and improve processes to increase efficiency, productivity
Manage working relationships with internal stakeholders and external service partners to ensure that a seamless process flow for applications and to support their initiatives for revenue generation and market share expansion in Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area
Recommend and implement appropriate actions in response to Hong Kong regulatory and related developments that impact operation guidelines
Adhere, provide guidance and ensure all relevant teams and departments comply with the rules, guidelines and regulatory requirement of the Bank, HKMA, SFC, MAS, etc pertaining to the operations
Escalate exceptional/outstanding/suspicious transactions for necessary follow up actions
Requirements
Cantonese/Mandarin is MANDATORY for this role
15 years of experience in management role from securities operations
Change management and strong digital transformation mindset
Strong key stakeholder management, experienced in managing conflicts
Strong leadership, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
