Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide advisory on equity structure restructuring, financial planning or legal consulting for corporate clients.
  • Maintain and manage relationship with external partners, such as law firms, tax and accouting firms.
  • Keep track of laws, policies and industry updates. Collect, organize and disseminate them in a timely manner.
  • Design related business processes, product manuals and other related documents.
  • Conduct interal training for team members.

Requirement:

  • Over 8 years' experience in accounting, legal consulting or investment bank.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in serving corporate clients in/ from Mainland China, cross-border experience preferred.
  • Strong customer and internal communication, coordination, and project management capabilities
