Mortgage Specialist - Secured Lending & Transformation (Contract) (Job ID 4406)

Responsibilities

  • Be a team member of Secured Lending & Transformation Department
  • Answer customer’s inquiries regarding mortgage loan application
  • Provide recommendations or alternatives to customers when application does not meet the standard requirements
  • Follow-up with customers on any missing information / documents necessary for loan approval
  • Handle loan application and ensure data integrity on required documents
  • Communicate with internal and external partners on the processing of all mortgage loan applications
  • Coach or provide training to junior / newly hired processing officer
  • Prepare reports in respect of mortgage loan processing
  • Assist ad hoc tasks and special assignment

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above
  • Minimum 3 years banking experience; preferably in mortgage or retail credit related area
  • Possess strong interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Customer focus and dedicated to deliver quality service to customer
  • Self-driven and result-oriented
  • Attention to detail and able to make independent judgment
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
