Drive the bank’s digital transformation strategy, explore latest technology development trends and gain insights into customers’ preferences and behavioral changes in banking services
Design, develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and statistical models to support data analysis, predictive analytics, data-driven decision making, and machine learning initiatives
Direct and drive segment, customer and product related analytics, modeling and management information reports to provide useful analyses and advices to drive business growth and revenue, customer relationship maintenance and strategy formulation
Requirements
Cantonese/Mandarin is MANDATORY
Must come from Banking industry with solid knowledge on retail banking business and products E.g. mortgage loans, deposits, funds, bonds, insurance, securities, structured products etc.
Solid knowledge on Hong Kong market practices, statutory rules and regulations
Proven track record in delivering business insights and solutions that drive business results.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI or marketing automation/CRM tools is also preferred
