Senior C# Developer (Contract)

Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  • Gathering and understanding needs and requirements expressed by the Business
  • Design IT solutions in collaboration with other team members or IT teams
  • Coding with C#
  • Maintain and improve the CI/CD in place
  • Contribute to improve the performance of the application and enhance it
  • Be a force for proposals and contribute to technical or functional innovation
  • Support the trading activity in the Asia region (China-Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, Korea)
  • Contribute to good coordination and communication with the international delivery teams.

Technical Skills Required

  • Expert in C#
  • Experience with the following technology stack: .Net core, Kubernetes, ELK, Kafka, APIs, GIT
  • Knowledge of Capital Market and Front Office processes
  • Understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodology experience with React.js is desirable

Soft Skills Required

  • Ability to work in a team and a multi-cultural context
  • You encourage innovation and promote new ideas
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good prioritization and adaptation skills.

Qualifications & Experience Required

  • 8 years experience (including 3 years as a developer for trading applications)
  • Higher Education (Degree or equivalent) in computer science, maths, physics or engineering
  • Leadership of development teams in a global context
  • Experience in programming with the VisualStudio IDE and C#.Net, project build, testing, UML
  • Familiarity with the FIX protocol
  • Usage of source control and continuous integration systems

  • Desirable: Cantonese / Mandarin or French

    1 year contract, extendable
