We're looking for an Execution Client Service Executive to:
• Manage and coordinate the execution set up for new clients trading cash equities with UBS Investment Bank.
• Carry out the tasks you are responsible for in a timely, accurate and diligent manner
• Work across teams and functions to get the client ready to trade asap.
• Be a role model for the organisation's principles and behaviours; inspire others to do the same
Your team
You will be working in the Execution Client Service Management team (ECSM) in Hong Kong. The ECSM team is the face of UBS to the client, and is responsible for ensuring that both internal stakeholder and client service expectations are both met and exceeded in getting the client ready to trade.
We work closely with front and back office colleagues globally to manage and coordinate the execution set up, so that execution, matching and settlement of the first cash equity trades a new client places with UBS is seamless. Our key aim is to deliver excellent client service and a seamless ready to trade experience with continuous improvement on process efficiency and controls to reduce post-trade issues.
Your expertise
• Strong sense of urgency and drive to get things done
• Strong written and oral communication skills, and ability to talk to clients
• Some experience of the financial services industry in client service or relationship management capacity
• Strong coordination, collaboration and influencing skills
• Strong organizational skills and sense of ownership
• Detail orientated
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to multi task and work under pressure
• A self-starter
• Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent
