Client Service Team Lead (Custody)

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Review and ensure solid understanding of client requirements and compliance with the bank’s Service Level Agreement.
  • Maintain good and regular contact with clients to obtain feedback on service levels.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, take ownership for solutions.
  • Facilitate query handling to ensure timeliness and accuracy of responses.
  • Ensure effective and timely client communication on areas of client impact, including Market Bulletins, questionnaires, operations queries etc

Requirements

  • 10 years of relevant experience in Custody

  • Cantonese / Mandarin is mandatory
  • Have knowledge on CCASS, SFC Rules, SFO and HKICL
  • Be familiar with the market trend and new product / system development of local and foreign securities market
