Business Analyst

The Company

Our client is a prestigious cultural organization with a very strong reputation and brand in Hong Kong.

The Job: - Collaborate with key stakeholders to collect, analyse, and document business requirements. Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in the current CRM system.

• Liaise with IT technical teams, including architecture, infrastructure, integration and cybersecurity requirements and specifications.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for tender preparation.

• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and IT Teams to gather requirements, validate proposed solutions, and resolve conflicts or ambiguities.

  The Person: - Have a minimum 5 years of business analysis and project management experience.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on CRM projects or related systems.
• Strong understanding of CRM concepts, functionality, and best practices, with experience working on Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and/or SAP CRM is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into clear and concise requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.

• Excellent written and spoken English is a must.
