Key Responsibilities:
Act as insurance brokerage Responsible Officer and be familiar with insurance brokerage license regulated activities
Act as insurance product specialist to provide insurance product recommendation and insurance plan solutions according to client need
Collaborate with business development and sales team to establish prospective client relationships to achieve insurance products sales target and outcome
Develop and implement insurance business sales plan and insurance business development strategies
Establish and lead business initiatives such as sales and marketing campaigns, and client events
Oversee operations of the company’s insurance business and maintain business relationship with insurance partners to facilitate and support business development
Coordinate and prioritize technical infrastructure development roll out, and ongoing operational improvement plans
Formulate, review, and update the internal control and operational procedures to ensure full regulatory compliance
Participate in ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned
