Healthcare Private Equity Investment

Looking for Associate to VP level Healthcare investor with Sicence background and 3-7 years of IBD and/or PE investment experience.

Principal Responsibilities

Assisting the execution of private equity investment, including venture capital, growth investment, and late stage buyout
Participating in meetings and calls with investee companies, external professional parties and key stakeholders within the organization
Drafting external and internal transaction documents and preparing pitch-books
Conducting industry, company and product research by collecting and analyzing extensive quantitative and qualitative information
Analyzing company’s business and prepare valuation analysis using a variety of methodologies
Evaluating company's product portfolio and business performance compared to competitors, overall industry and market trends

Qualifications

Experience in an investment banking front office, or related role. Healthcare sector related experience is strongly preferred
Academic background in medicine / biology, or accounting / finance from a top tier educational institution
Solid technical skills with commitment to details, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with external and internal stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneous and efficiently
Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently
