Accounting Manager (Payment Section)

Job Description

Responsibilities:- Managing the accounts payable cycle

  • Ensure all accounting records are properly recorded
  • Compile user requirements and perform user acceptance test on accounting systems
  • Participate in developing and maintaining procedure manuals
  • Ad hoc projects to support management's decision

    Requirements:- Degree with major in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines

  • 3-5 years experience in the accounts payable function
  • Knowledge and experience in VBA Macro and strong mastery of MS Office, particularly in Excel and Word
  • Independent, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure with tight deadline
  • Good knowledge in financial analysis, strong analytical skills and critical mindset, capable of examining and analyzing financial and management information with business acumen
  • Good presentation and report writing skills in both Chinese and English and Chinese word processing skills is a must
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Experience in performing user acceptance test is an advantage
