Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programs
  • Testing and evaluating new programs
  • Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications
  • Develop and deploy Front Office applications which involve the Order Management System e.g. Fidessa, covering various markets in APAC
  • Configure and deploy Research applications from vendors, in addition to potentially developing in-house add-ons that enhance business features.
  • Coordinate with project team and conduct analysis on new features

Requirements:

  • 5-years+ experience in Equities Trading application development and support, Exchange and FIX connectivity and DMA
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related
  • Knowledge in JAVA, C#, etc is preferred
  • The ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • An analytical mind
  • The ability to communicate complex procedures to other colleagues
  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal
