Project Manager (Banking)

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate requirements workshops to engage the various stakeholders to elicit and validate business requirements.
• Lead and manage issues during UAT, and ensure all requirements have proper traceability.
• Possess excellent business & technical subject matter knowledge.
• Leverage the subject matter experts in delivery of structured and well-thought through solutions.
• Become an effective "bridge" between users and technology.
• Respond promptly to issues raised, through good understanding of business, operational and technical considerations, and recommend sound solutions.
• Ensure traceability of requirements in each stage of the project.
• Implemented solutions should meet most of the business needs, thereby suggesting there are no gaps from the user requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of related professional experience in IT project management
• Ability to analysis the workflow and business processes
• Ability to develop cohesive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to apply knowledge of multi-disciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities
• Ability to help collaborate, influence decision makers and drive consensus across a diverse group of customers with conflicting priorities
• Strong interpersonal, influencing, persuading and communication skills - applicable through multiple channels (written, spoken, workshops, presentations)
• Proven experience of Agile way of working (e.g. JIRA and Confluence)
