Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving network connectivity problems, and assisting with the setup and configuration of devices.
  • Desktop / Laptop / Peripherals / Thin Client / Telephony support including:
    o Configure - to reflect global builds template.
    o Decommission, install, or add.
    o Relocate from desk to desk as required.
    o In line with agreed business service levels.
  • Hardware and Software Management
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
  • Incident Management
  • Lifecycle management
  • Maintain an inventory of IT assets and conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology
  • 2+ years of experience working in a help desk environment or customer support role.
  • Prior experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting in an MNC/Financial Sector is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS) and productivity software (Microsoft Office, G Suite)
  • Passionate about customer services, goes the extra mile.
  • Good command of spoken and written English
