About the Role
To compile and prepare agency related reports so as to maintain, improve and deliver accurate, high quality information for agency management.
Roles and Responsibilities:- Collaborate with different agent business units to analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to drive agent and business growth
To agency engagement and communication effectiveness by agency process optimization
Minimum Job Requirements:
Education & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or relevant quantitative field
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in a business or corporate environment
Specific Skills - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
