Assistant Manager, BCP & Operations

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist Team Head in managing the bank's Business Contingency Planning (BCP) by periodically organizing drills and conduct operational risk incident collection / investigation.
  • Coordinate regular meetings with BCP Committee from different departments for risk forecast and management
  • Keep abreast of HKMA and HKICL latest regulations to enhance the bank's BCP and Operational Resilience framework
  • Coordinate with IT and Operations department in risk mitigation projects and planning

Role requirements

  • Bachelor Degree holder from reputable universities
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in banking BCP and Operational Risk
  • Strong knowledge in risk mitigation and BCP management
  • Knowledge on regulatory requirements, including but not limited to SPM OR-1, OR-2, TM-G-2.
  • Native in Cantonese, highly proficient in English and Mandarin
