Call Center Officer, Corporate Banking

Job Description

Job Requirements

  • Handle customer enquiries, from incoming call, outbound call and email, on various banking products and transactions
  • Support transaction confirmation by quoting FX and Money Market rate
  • Assist daily banking transactions related to loan, deposit, FX, Money Market and Remittance
  • Manage customer feedback/complaints in a professional manner to make sure that the highest standard of service is provided to customers at all times.
  • Ensure a smooth delivery of transactions by working with Relationship Managers and Back Office staff

Job Requirement

  • University graduates with strong academics
  • Minimum 1+ year of corporate banking front line experience with strong skills on directly communicating with clients
  • Strong knowledge on banking products, particularly in Money Market and FX
  • Excellent proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
