Job Purpose:
• Minimize the credit loss and maximize the recovery of non-performing loans of corporate banking portfolio.
• Prepare various reports related to CBD portfolio on regular basis to FAD and Credit MIS.

Main Responsibilities:
• Monitor the delinquent corporate banking accounts and formulate recovery strategy;
• Liaise with lawyers on loan recovery actions in Hong Kong and PRC;
• Arrange collateral repossession and realization;
• Conduct transaction monitoring to review account transactions and performance in corporate banking portfolio;
• Recommend appropriate loan grading and prepare management reports;
• Prepare monthly reports for HKMA GDR reporting;
• Support the development and/or UAT of the HKMA GDR projects;
• Review and update the policy & guidelines under SAM;
• Back up GRD to prepare and consolidate meeting materials for monthly early warning meeting;
• Back up other teammates to prepare monthly, quarterly and half-yearly Banking Return related to Corporate Banking such as Stage 3 ECL etc.

Incumbent Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent, preferable in business, law or accounting
• Minimum 5 years of banking experience in credit control and debt collection operations of corporate banking
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Including Putonghua)
• Familiar with MS Word and Excel
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
