About the Role
• Responsible for the implementation of various product initiatives to meet company's business goals, Group standards and regulatory requirements
• Ensure the implementation of product initiatives to support the multi-channels distribution and meet customer needs
• Oversight Risk and Operation issues related to product implementation process and Policy Generation System (PGS) system to ensure to meet the Group standards

Roles and Responsibilities:- Lead the Project Implementation Taskforce (PIT) to ensure that all the resources are well coordinated so that the product initiatives can be implemented smoothly and launched as per agreed timeline

  • Support other product owners on technical implementation areas so that the product initiatives can be implemented effectively and on timely basis
  • Act as the owner of PGS, monitor the progress and implement the changes for meet the business target
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects related to new business and product initiatives, and to provide team support when required to support company strategic initiatives
  • As a SME to represent PSM in any regulatory projects to ensure the product development and proposal system are compliant with the latest regulatory requirement.
  • Lead the discussion and manage any projects related to regulatory changes and group guidelines on product development and proposal systems to ensure these can be implemented effectively and on timely basis
  • Manage the implementation of i-shop with multi-channels capabilities to meet customer needs
  • Attend the Operation Risk meeting and prepare the Key Operation Risk (KOR)Dashboard and / or relevant reports submit to Operation Risk Committee (ORC) and work with relevant parties to come up with solutions to mitigate the identified risks
  • Manage and lead team members

    Minimum Job Requirements:- University / College graduate plus 8 years of working experience in the insurance industry, product implementation experience is preferable.

  • Excellent written skills on both Chinese and English
  • You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities
  • Ensure team members who perform regulated activities have obtained the relevant licenses and fulfilled the licensing requirements
