About the Role
Initiate and drive Proposition communication strategies, thought leadership, c-suite messaging to build profile for AIA Hong Kong's Propositions (Customer centric products, services and planning tools) to internal and external stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities:- Act as communication subject matter expert, to develop and implement internal and external communication strategy and message house that promote Propositions to various stakeholders, including employees, distribution partners, customers, media, industry bodies.
Lead the development and rollout of employee communications for Proposition function
Minimum Job Requirements:- Degree holder, preferably Major in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related disciplines.
Excellent in PowerPoint and Computer literate in MS office, Excel
