Head of Legal (Digital Assets)

Responsibilities:

Draft and review a wide range of commercial and legal documents, including contracts for digital media and blockchain products, as well as investment and acquisition agreements.
Provide legal support to clients, advising on corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, and offering guidance on blockchain projects.
Stay updated on the latest regulatory requirements in the blockchain space through conducting research.

Requirements:

Qualified lawyer with 5+ years PQE, preferably with experience in a reputable law firm or in-house environment.
Strong proficiency in reviewing and drafting commercial and investment contracts with minimal supervision.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Proactive problem solver, team player, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Flexible working hours, occasionally requiring work beyond standard business hours and on weekends.
Genuine interest in the digital currency industry and a passion for crypto-related topics and investments will be advantageous.
