Infrastructure Manager - O365, contract

Job Description

Oversee the development and ongoing management of MS O365 and Messaging Infrastructure, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Corporate Activity Directory Services.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing and architecting the Microsoft O365, Corporate Directory Services, Azure Virtual Desktop, and integration of third-party technology solutions
  • Participate in planning, implementing, and supporting new technology solutions and upgrades
  • Evaluate new information systems products or services and recommend improvements to existing products or services for better end-user experience
  • Collaborate with IT application, application architects, and security teams to enhance operational services through technical development of converged solutions and processes
  • Coordinate with the Server, Network Infrastructure, Database, and Helpdesk teams to manage and support IT systems and ensure availability, capacity, and 24/7 support for business systems
  • Establish strong relationships and partnerships with major vendors and system integrators
  • Ensure compliance and security requirements are met by the IT system/network infrastructure
  • Implement continual service improvement plans to reduce system downtime incidents, support calls, and commonly reported problems.
  • Assist in developing the overall IT infrastructure and service budget and control spending within the budget

    Requirements: - Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent, with over 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a managerial role

  • Possess professional qualifications such as Microsoft O365, Azure, or ITIL foundation
  • Solid experience in MS O365, Active Directory Services, Azure Virtual Desktop, MS Exchange Online, Intune MDM, SCCM, Copilot, and Cloud infrastructure
  • Strong problem-solving, management, and analytical skills with in-depth knowledge of O365, Messaging, Server, Network, Storage, Cloud Infrastructure, Virtualization, DR Management, and IT Security
  • Proficient in Mobile & Hybrid Infrastructure Architecture
  • Strong IT project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure
  • Understanding of IT operations in the insurance industry
  • Proficient in both written English and Chinese, with fluent spoken English
