Job Description
We're currently representing an Asian Corporate Bank in Hong Kong looking to add to their Corporate Finance business to cover North Asia and Philippines lending transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead origination and structuring activities for transactions within North Asia and Philippines including but not limited to Corporate Acquisition Finance, Structured Finance, Project Finance, etc.
- Maintain and develop both new and existing relationships with corporates and financial institutions across North Asia and the Philippines
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on execution of mandates
- Identify opportunities within the corporate finance space from corporate and institutional clients
Requirements:
- Strong banking experience from related spaces including but not limited to Structured Finance, Project Finance, Leveraged Finance, etc.
- Solid education background attained from reputable institutions
- Familiarity with North Asia market landscape
