Job Description
I'm currently representing a tier-1 Chinese securities firm looking to expand their business within the region by adding a seasoned professional who can identify opportunities in offshore financing.
Responsibilities:
- Lead origination activities by developing and maintaining new and existing relationships with corporate clients across Greater China
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders on execution activities
- Lead negotiation and review of legal documentation while liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify offshore financing opportunities and give solutions using JPY/CNH/USD
Requirements:
- Strong experience with proven track record of originating offshore financing, M&A, or private credit transactions
- Solid education background attained from reputable institutions
- Extensive network with Greater China based private owned enterprises
