Our client is a sizable MNC and is urgently looking for Legal and Compliance Officer to join the company. This is a 6 months rolling contract with a strong view to permanency. The ideal candidate will start immediately.
The Role - Supporting company secretarial, legal and compliance duties
Assisting in the preparation of legal and fund documents
Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
Providing support in administrative tasks as needed
Perform other ad-hoc tasks
Your Profile - Bachelor's degree holder in Finance / Accounting / Law
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
Familiar with regulations of SFC and Hong Kong law
Fluent of both spoken and written English
Immediate available/ short notice period is preferred
