Job Description
We are currently partnered with a growing Hedge Fund looking to add into their Operations team, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of an international and growing fund.
Responsibilities:
- Aid in the day-to-day operations of the funds, which includes tasks such as capturing trades, settling transactions, processing corporate actions, reconciling cash and positions, and making fee payments.
- Support fund accounting activities, including assisting with fund valuations, calculating NAVs, management fees, and incentive fees.
- Monitor fund margins to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate closely with the Compliance Manager to prepare and submit reports on short selling activities.
- Maintain effective communication with fund administrators, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with fund administrators and clients to facilitate fund flows, including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches.
Requirements:
- Possession of a bachelor's degree or higher.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of applicable experience in finance and accounting.
- Previous involvement in hedge funds, fund administration, or auditing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Fluent in the English language.
