We are currently working with a leading global bank in Hong Kong and is seeking a qualified and experienced Transfer Agency Business Analyst to join our team.

The Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Transfer Agency team. As a Transfer Agency Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in analysing and improving our transfer agency processes and systems. Your primary responsibility will be to gather and document business requirements, conduct process analysis, and collaborate with stakeholders to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Your Profile

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for transfer agency processes and systems.

  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing transfer agency processes, systems, and workflows.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement process and system enhancements.
  • Develop comprehensive business requirement documents, functional specifications, and test plans.
  • Coordinate and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during the implementation phase.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make recommendations for further enhancements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to transfer agency operations.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the transfer agency or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of transfer agency processes, including shareholder registration, transaction processing, and investor services.
  • Familiarity with transfer agency systems and platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
