HR Generalist (All-round, multiple openings)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and job offers
  • Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters
  • Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance and competitiveness
  • Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven experience in various HR functions
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
