Part-Time Admin Assistant - MNC (flexible working hours)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and beverages
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tea station
  • Assist with basic kitchen duties
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
