We are currently looking for an Assistant Digital and Design Manager to join our Public Affairs Department. This is a role for an innovative storyteller who has the ability to transform complex ideas into compelling visual narratives to capture our audience. The ideal candidate should know how to maintain our brand’s look and feel whilst being adept at thinking out of the box and excited to explore new trends.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create interactive interfaces, UX/UI designs, motion graphics, and graphic designs
• Translate business, brand, market, and user requirements into highly polished, user-centric designs
• Provide creative ideas and art direction for various digital and design projects
• Work with the Communications team on the end-to-end video production process, including generating creative ideas, pre-production planning, storyboarding, filming, and delivering exceptional post-edited video output
• Navigate development, production, and post-production processes with relevant teams, ensuring stakeholder feedback is incorporated and approval processes are followed
• Align and maintain corporate branding and style standards for all content
• Capture and edit still photos at corporate events and on location
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and techniques

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in digital media production, film, television, journalism, communications, or a closely related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing/designing interactive web development projects, all aspects of video production, and graphic design
• Creates new and better ways for the organisation to be successful
• Achieves results, even under tough circumstances
• Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
• Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photo Shop, Illustrator, Light Room and Audition) or similar editing software
• Skilled in photography and the use of photo editing software
• Able to manage a diversity of projects on a tight schedule
• Strong command of written and spoken English is required. Cantonese is a plus
