- Responsible for daily merchandising duties in development and order follow up
- Provide excellent customer service and liaise with customers on order status
- Work closely with manufacturers & team for order development and order
- Excellent communication skills with factories and problem solving skills
- Keep track in lead-time and ensure on time delivery
- Communication with vendors and factories to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any potential problems
- DSE/Diploma holder or above, with at least 2 years of relevant experience is preferable
- Knowledge & experience in trims and packaging is preferable
- Able to work independently and good communication skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Less experience will also be considered
