Job Duties
- Coordinating mail and courier services, including receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and packages. Ensuring timely and efficient delivery of mail and packages.
- Oversee and improve various work systems and enhance the management of specific operational procedures for logistics, document handling, mailing and returned mail, as well as file management; provide comprehensive support for the above business operations.
- Supervise the correct execution of tasks related to the receipt and dispatch, review, transmission, and archiving of documents.
- Monitor the service level and response skills of the telephone switchboard operators.
- Engage in external communications, discussions, and negotiations related to contract terms and contractors management.
- Coordinating and ensuring smooth communication with various departments as to arrange proper logistics and mailing service and other specific projects assigned.
- Urge team members to strictly adhere to internal work procedures and regulations; comply with relevant legal provisions regarding the responsibilities of the position and ensure adherence to compliance principles.
- Verify receipts and work with finance team to ensure timely reimbursement and submission;
- Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time.
Job requirement:
- Possess a university degree or equivalent education, with 4 years or more of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in reading and writing in both Chinese and English, and able to speak English and fluent Mandarin.
- Familiar with supervisory experience related to logistics, document handling, mailing, filing and contractors management.
- Possess experience in operating and managing various business systems.
- Must possess excellent communication skills.
